Service · Before planting

Design the planting and its numbers before breaking ground

Parametric layout of rows, roads and zones on your terrain, with slope, climate, soil and logistics; and the financial plan of the full cycle: costs, harvests, cash flow, NPV and IRR. For new plantings, and to know when an orchard pays off.

What you get

  • Plot design: rows at the chosen spacing, roads, maneuvering and collection zones, access points; exportable to your GIS
  • Terrain analysis (slope, elevation, water accumulation), monthly climatology with frost risk, and soil suitability
  • Economic simulation of the cycle: costs per year, projected harvest (single in agave, recurrent in trees) and income
  • Baseline financial plan, comparison against actual spending and projection of NPV, IRR and benefit-cost ratio

What we need from you

  • The terrain polygon (drawn on the map or from your GIS)
  • The crop and the planting frame you are considering
  • Your reference prices for inputs and labor, or start from the default catalog and adjust it

How we work

01

Terrain

Over satellite imagery or your own orthomosaic: slope, contour lines, water, climate and soil of the site.

02

Layout

Rows, roads and zones generated from parameters; rotate, move and edit them live. Density and row length come out on their own.

03

Numbers

Costs per year with the crop's management catalog, projected harvest and financial indicators, editable and saved per plot.

Where it is switched on today Available for agave and citrus, each with its own management catalog; avocado in preparation. Other row crops are served with a custom catalog.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a drone flight to design?

No. The design starts from satellite imagery and public elevation models. A prior flight improves terrain precision, but it is not a requirement.

Where do the climate and soil data come from?

Monthly climatology from NASA POWER and soil properties from ISRIC SoilGrids, both global, plus the elevation model of your terrain. They are cited in every report.

Can I use my own prices?

Yes. The management catalog brings reference prices per crop and every line is editable; prices are also saved per client for reuse.
